Effortless return process
See review above of Thomas Nomad nubuck. This leather exterior was just a little tight on my left big toe, and Mephisto kindly allowed me to return free for refund with shipping label. I have worn two pairs of nubuck in perfect comfort for almost a year, so I will order another pair of Taupe nubuck to complement the grey with confidence they will fit.
