J. Queen Cottage Meadow Embroidered Sham, European

The product was listed as Pillow Sham PILLOWS. I called the company before ordering to clarify if the sham INCLUDED THE PILLOW INSERT. They assured me that it did and I believed it especially with the price of the shams. Guess what - it did NOT include the pillows themselves just the shams. Yes, I like the Shams but VERY COSTLY considering it does not include the pillows. In the description it said "This ultra soft sateen cotton pillow" I am very disappointed in both the accuracy of description and the customer service that reassured me that the pillow was included.
