Nice looking but poorly engineered
It was necessary to reinforce the base to keep the lamp from wobbling.

Pretty but not practical
This is a graceful lamp with clean lines and a nice, earth-toned shade, and it gives off a good amountoflight. Unfortunately it's flimsy and not very stable. Its also not connected to the USB port base, which I was hoping would give it stability. I am considering using adhesive to stick them together, which I'm sure will void any warranty, or returning it because I can't keep it in the high traffic room it was intended for.

So much to love!
This lamp is awesome. Love the look, the pulls, and my kids adore the charging base. I think it’s great that you don’t have to use the charging base if you don’t want to...the base is free standing, and may be removed . I also enjoy using the LED bulbs this is such a plus. Another winner!
