Within less than 48 hours of submitting the dispute, my refund was finally processed—proving that the delay was unnecessary. Customers should not have to chase down their refund after doing everything correctly. Once a return is completed according to policy, the process should be timely and straightforward. I hope Macy’s improves oversight of their external vendors and ensures a better, more reliable customer experience moving forward.
