The wrong pant size was delivered to me. All three pairs of pants that were delivered, were labeled 22 Average. I had ordered each pair of pants to be “22 Tall.” On the Macy’s website, all of the pants descriptions were, “Pants, Cool Hand Trousers ‘TALL!’” How was this type of Quality Assurance and Quality Control process, allowed to occur, “three consecutive times!” All of the pants were returned.
