I ordered this as a gift and it came MISSING BOTH GLOSSES! I tried to contact customer service and they disconnected me. How do you ship out a package that weighs next to nothing when it’s supposed to have 2 full sized items in it? I’m so angry and upset. Cannot exchange because it won’t make it in time for party. Customer service 0/10, product 0/10. Don’t order from Macy’s, go to the store direct.
