great style poor execution

This could have been great. FYI it is very long - no stars off but for me it brushed the top of my sandals. I'm 5'5". Unfortunately the way the pleats are stitched means they don't fall correctly which detracts from the style. At first I thought they were just wrinkled from shipping but when I examined more closely it is because the hem and pleats aren't stitched properly. The skirt is exceptionally heavy making it difficult to put on. This is all topped off by the cheapest tackiest belt ever made. Don't bother with this one.
