[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good at keeping things hot and cold. The soft texture keeps it from sliding and it just feels nice in your hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great experience dealing with warranty department .

I have a few other of these and they are excellent. They keep coffee, nice and hot and cold drinks remain cold. The 12 ounce is a convenient size and easy to take into the car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the 1st Gen mug and the lid had just a sipping slit. This lid is adjustable in its opening and can close off (except the breather hole ~3/16" x 1/16" dim). This mug is better than the Yeti because it is not too large that it can't fit in a mug holder and it is not too insulated where you're still burning your lips half an hour after pouring in your hot beverage. Rugged, doesn't dent and has a comfy handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good. Not dishwasher safe;not microwave safe. More comfortable than hydroflask dishwasher safe mug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mug for my mother for her tea. She is absolutely thrilled with it. It keeps her tea hot for an extended time. It also prevents a major spill if she dozes off while holding it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I like the cups I have purchased, just wish it would keep my coffee warmer a bit longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit disappointed to learn that this mug is not dishwasher safe, it’s the main reason I ordered it. I was told the “soft” variety was safe. Additionally, mug doesn’t retain heat as well as coffee bottle.
