Using the laptop for home use. So far it is working fine. I really did not want an Hp but at the store it was the only one that had the larger hard drive and more memory with a good number pad. The keyboard has a good feel.
Talk about a great value for what you get. My kid needed a laptop for middle school and this far exceeds the needs for a great price at about 250.
Easy setup
I am no tech wiz by any stretch of the imagination so the ease and convenience of all the set up and even ease of use was a surprise to me. I find myself having a low-key panic attack when I need to do anything inside of mere basic skills, but his laptop definitely is easier and super fast!
Once again my home PC is better than my work PC. Programs I use regularly run much faster and the display allows me to zoom in quicker and with more depth.
The quaility of this particular laptop PC is excellent! 10/10 Recommend. What frustrates me is WIN 11. Would much prefer WIN 10. The option was not offered. Ai - it's here an getting more prevalent every day. May as well get used to it. The touch screen works great but is more of an inconvenience than not. Didn't use the onboard Mouse. I disabled it and bought a Bluetooth Mouse with the PC. Those more tech-saavy may enjoy WIN11 but it has been a huge challenge for me.

My new HP laptop is amazing! It is so fast and easy to operate. It has a touchscreen and works great with my wireless mouse. I really appreciate the backlit keyboard!
Great laptop overall, but it desperately needs a built-in software option in HP software to limit maximum battery charge percentage (e.g., to 80%) for better battery health when plugged in for long hours. Please add this feature via an update.
