Didn't receive item
Didn't receive item yet. Item still backordered. Macys website allows online resellers to buy all the stock, therefore real purchaser of a single item have to wait a long time to receive order of one item or have their orders canceled due to ling backorder times, and according to macys chat personnel on website, are not allowed to reorder an item that has delayed shipping for you. Why bother ordering an item, having to wait for an item you have a valid order for and then less than 2 weeks later they cancel it because they can't keep up with the amount people ordered.
