Plaid (white, red, and green) on one side and green on the other side. The fleece texture is so cozy, too. My kitties absolutely love it and have been laying on it nonstop on my lap!! After drying in the machine, it comes out fluffy and soft again, without losing its shape. I haven’t noticed any pilling, which I really appreciate for a plush blanket.
