I bought this over Labor Day and love it for durability

Be careful purchasing this oven through the website! This pot is the formerly named “risotto pot” now sold as the signature round wide oven. It is indeed the same shape and height as the wide round oven sold in years past, but at almost half the size. The wide round oven sold in years past is no longer available on this site and there’s only two ways to get this info: 1) accidentally purchase this pot assuming it’s the same product you’ve purchased in the past, be sorely disappointed, then pay shipping to return this cute little thing; or 2) select a color and THEN read details and specs since the main listing is incomplete. That said, if you’re looking to make some risotto or cook small amounts, this pot is the style and quality you’d expect from le Creuset.

I have always been pleased with all of my LC purchases. But baby…… this wide round in my favorite color nectar, made me all kinds of happy.

Absolutely love this wide oven. At first I was worried that it would be too small but it is very deceptive. It’s the same capacity as my braiser but certainly has its own pros. Great for one pot pasta dishes since it’s deep and easier to stir.

I have bought 30+ pieces of cookware of this brand and it has served me well. It is beautiful to look at and cooking in it is suberb!

This pot was not big and round like it looked in the catalog.
