I recently purchased this pendant light from Lamps Plus, and overall it's a stunning piece. The stone globe is absolutely beautiful-photos don't fully capture the subtle veining and texture. When it's off, it has an elegant, natural look, and when lit, it gives off a soft, warm glow that feels high-end and inviting. The size is also perfect. The globe has a substantial presence without feeling oversized, and the long downrod gives it a dramatic, modern look that works especially well in rooms with average height ceilings. My ceilings are taller so I added an additional 12" rod leftover from my other fixture. The one downside is that it's not vaulted ceiling compatible. I do have a sloped ceiling, so I had to purchase a separate adapter to make it work. While I was able to install it successfully, it definitely wasn't as straightforward as I would have liked, and I wish that option was built in or at least more clearly addressed upfront. Overall, I still love the fixture for its design and quality-it's a statement piece-but just be aware of the ceiling compatibility if you're planning to install it on a slope.
