Instant Pot 6-Quart 13-in-1 Air Fryer & Pressure Cooker Combo

Broken pressure cooker lid. Why would you not sell a replacement part! May I suggest a 3 pack for 5 dollars. I guess no one from the company reads these reviews.

I have had the instant pot 6.5 qt duo crisp former 2 years. Generally quite pleased with the unit itself as it serves so many functions and cooks the food very well. However, the company's customer service is absolutely horrible and ineffectual. My inner pot is scratched and dented and I requested information on a replacement and where to buy one. At the time, several months ago in law 2025 I was advised that no replacement is available due to issues with their partners. We are now into mid August, 2026, and the same lame explanation is still being given. Had I known that no replacement parts would be available in the future I would not have purchased this unit. Also I called about an internet connection issue and basically got the same level of response from customer service of no assistance and just the run around of referring the issue 'up the line'.

pressure-cooking cover has a plastic part that breaks often and instant pot doesn't sell pressure cover replacements separately.

Received as an expensive Christmas present! Great when working, but when the heating element failed within 2.5 years we were told by manufacturer it is not repairable. Unfit for purpose at the price.

Pleased in general but when the pressure cooker is set to quick release it takes the best part of ½ an hour to release. I don't call that quick.

Worked great until the lid seal got a nick (you're supposed to replace these every so often) and I tried to purchase a replacement. I could not find one that was a replacement, and their support was worthless. They kept telling me to buy the ones that would not fit. Would not recommend!!

Though I have been able to make some tasty things in this, it is really not worth the money or worth throwing out your good slow cooker and air fryer. In the first year I had it, the pressure cooker acted up 3x and wouldn't shut off or wouldn't open after finishing. Now, I've had for a little over 2 years, the pressure cooker interior lid broke (the little tab that many other people report breaking). It's bad enough that it is busted and past warranty, but the company has NO IDEA when the replacement parts will be available. They have no supplies and no interest in creating a waiting list for the supplies.

Overall, very mediocre. Doesn't do anything well other than pressure cook. Slow cooking, sautéing, air frying are all quite poor. Mine ended up getting stuck closed, less than two years after purchasing it. I reached out to Instant Pot with a video, proof of purchase, etc. they said it was past the one year warranty and they wouldn't do anything. They also stopped responding when I asked if more than $100 per year seemed reasonable for a device like this. Last time I buy any Instant Pot product

I used to think highly of this unit, until the steam release valve handle accidentally went into the disposal and got chewed up. No problem, I thought, I'll just order a new replacement part. Have spent more than hour email/chat/phone before a support person admitted 'there are ZERO replacement parts available for this unit' and suggested I buy and entirely new Instant Pot. I just couldn't believe what I was hearing. Ebay does have lots of available parts, but so far I haven't found anything at all for this model (Duo Crisp 6.5qt w/ Ultimate Lid).So I cannot recommend a model which is apparently completely unsupported by Instant Pot.

The pressure cooker lid is poorly designed. The tab breaks off easily. Would not recommend.
