Poor Quality

The jacket was poorly sewn so binded at the top of the arm. Returned

Very pretty

I am 5', 105 lbs. with a small bust. I could use a PXS, but the PS will work. I like the navy-blue color and it drapes very nicely. I will wear it with the matching pants to my granddaughter's wedding in August.
