Arrived worn and soiled

Poor experience. I have been shopping Macy’s many years. This is a first but need to caution others. The dress I planned to wear to a special event was delayed delivery and then was received warn and soiled. Two huge stains on the dress and tags scratched off pricing. Be aware of third parties which I assume shipped this dress to me. Tried reaching Macy’s but chat online was awful. I live in an area where I rely on shopping online and will be cautious when shopping in the future. The dress would have worked well had it been new when it arrived. This was a first poor experience with Macy’s online.
