O.K. BuT

My shoe size is an 8 1/2 W width....I love wearing tall boots. However, when I purchase my shoe size, the shaft of the boot is also wide...and to big for my calf. There is gap at the top of this boot, it sticks out which I actually hate . The back of the boot has some stretchy material which I am not fond of either. .... As far as shoe width goes, they are comfy....and comfy to walk in. I am keeping them, they were cheap but my search goes on for a proper fitting boot, with a wide shoe and a 'normal' size calf...I could buy a custom pair of boots, but I can't afford the cost...
