Unprofessional delivery
The delivery driver drove on our grass. Opened the driver door and tossed the package. Backed his suv across our grass as he left our address. Not a good look for Macy’s.

Very low service I do not recommend you to anyone
I called. I complain about I haven’t received my order. I changed the address, again you sent it to the same first address? I’m gonna stop shopping form Macy’s for at least two years until you fix your stuff or fix your service. I didn’t receive it again for the second time I don’t wanna I’m going to shop from somewhere else from now on.
