Tight Chest

It’s more like the stitching above the chest. It’s SO tight I almost want to just rip the stitching because I don’t understand how anyone could wear it like this it’s like having a rubber band at the top of my chest and I’m petite.. the design is so cute I’m disappointed in this flaw.. not sure if I can fix it or if it’s worth it to.. I love how light and flowy it is even though I missed that it wasn’t cotton that’s okay… but the tight part at the top.. bummer.. not comfortable or doable.
