Dress offers extra puffy sleeves

This dress was really cute. True to size. I loved the fabric and the pattern on the dress. It was a good length on my frame. I did return the dress because the sleeves were just too puffy for me. I have some puffy sleeve blouses that I love. But the sleeves on this dress were extra puffy so I didn’t like the silhouette if provided. To me, I looked like a football player with extra wide shoulders.
