Awesome mountain boots
I bought these for my veteran husband who love to ruch march to stay in shape. He also likes to do the mountain trails near our house. He loves them and they fit him really well.

Very Disappointing!
For the price of these boots there are extremely poorly designed and the quality of the craftsmanship is way off. First, the left and right boots feel totally different. Most of the left boot is ok. The right boot is made with several flaws. The right toe cap is not straight. The right boot squishes my foot like a sandwich. Both boots have only been worn about two weeks and both toe caps are peeling. The boots have a section where three materials overlap and it is right on your ankle bones. The first time I wore these I only wore them to the airport and then walked around to a few places for a couple hours. The pressure on my ankle bones was so great I had to loosen the laces so the boots were as lose as possible. I could barely walk without pain the next day. I cannot tie the boots all the way. I can only wear them loose otherwise they cause terrible pain to my ankles. I own lots of boots from Nicks, Red Wings, Danners, etc and never had these issues.

Very uncomfortable
I bought these boots a couple of months ago. Maybe 4 mths. I own a pair of sv2 predator and tactical which i love, a pair of the composite alpha force with the side zipper and the 6in pair with no zipper. Along with other rocky boots over the yrs. I've never had a bad boot and their boots have been comfortable or else I would not have bought so many different ones. But these things suck. First I didn't realize how ugly they were but I can deal with ugly. They were gonna just be for work anyways. They are extremely uncomfortable, after a couple weeks my poor feet couldn't take them anymore. The top of my foot is killing me. Were the laces on these boots start are just digging into my foot. I though I could get away with an inexpensive pair of boot but I thought wrong. I would not recommend these.
