Plated Gold tone
Beautiful frame , however the metal will oxidize (year ). I have the 5x7 , 4x6 which have darkened, However I recently purchased the 8x10 and the gold is much brighter , I displayed the 8x10 separately from the existing group and I m happy.

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frame is even more beautiful than displayed on website. The gold tone is amazing and picks up a stunning shine when sunlight hits it a certain way. Perfect frame for any cherished memory. I highly recommend. I also bought one for my friend's 50th birthday present and she loved it as well.
