I am fairly certain that I received a used item. There were no tags, and the item was wrinkled into a ball and very dirty

Cut robe, runs long and large.
I love the robe, but it is very long. I need to remove 5 inches from the bottom. Besides being too long for me, I’m excited to add it to my collection of Disney clothing. The back graphic is well done.
