Beautiful dress, I loved it but unfortunately the color didn’t look good on me. I wish they had it in a different color

Disappointed
Dress I received is not the same as the one pictured. The advertised dress shows slits on the capelet covering, as in “cold shoulder.” Dress I received DOES NOT!
