Mac Duggal Petite High Neck Puff Sleeve Ruffle Tiered Dress

I returned all purchases. too much fabric. The company that handles returns was VERY unprofessional!!! For example, the person who answered the phone had no idea what to say. When I got someone who could help me with my return, because it was taking so long, she said most people don't return to store , but mail return directly to them. So, they don's handle in-store returns very often. Everyone at Macy's was very professional in regards to customer service. My issue was with the outside agency the handles these returns.
