Amazing pans. Quality construction, very sturdy, (on the heavy side) cooks evenly and the no-stick interior washes easily. Heat distribution is solid even on low heat, and you definitely do not need high heat with these pans. Medium heat is like high heat with lesser quality pans. So happy with this purchase.

The food gets stuck to the pan and they are not dishwasher safe.

I had looked at a similar product elsewhere and the reviews were terrible. I bought these under duress, we were part of the kettle recall, and I wanted to spend the gift card before i lost it. We use cast iron and i avoid non stick. I have not bought a zwilling product that hasnt been impressive. Highly recommend these! Easy to use and easy to clean. They dont get too hot and food doesnt slide all over the place. They are nice to look at and arent hard on my wrists. I have nerve damage and struggle with the cast iron and wanted to see if these would make my life easier, can confirm they infact do.

Absolutely terrible frying pan. This is by far the worst pan I’ve ever had, especially considering it’s from Zwilling. Food sticks to the surface constantly, even when used correctly. Eggs, vegetables, meat—everything sticks. The non-stick performance is practically nonexistent. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

Solid construction - high quality finishes. As far as non-stick goes, it's probably at 90% capability there. Not quite the level of some ceramic coatings.

I really wanted to like this set of frying pans, but unfortunately they didn’t work out for me. Everything sticks to the surface — eggs, vegetables, meat. I followed all the recommendations carefully, including proper preheating, but the problem remains. For the price, I expected much better performance. Sadly, these pans are more frustrating than useful.

I had never purchased a titanium non-stick pan and after buying this, I realized how easy they are to cook with. This set is cooks without sticking, easy clean-up by handwashing and browns nicely. A must have addition for any kitchen.

Great cookware. They sear beautifully like some other stainless steel pans I have but they release easily like nonstick! The best of both! Nice weight. Comfortable in my hand and clean up is super easy.

I have been looking for these pans for ages. I cook a lot. I was looking for pans that were Ceramic Non Stick, easy care, easy clean and usable for everyday. Thank you.
