I gave this 3 stars because it is beautiful . On line was described as stretch bracelet. It is a bangle bracelet so I am returning it. This is not the first item I have returned because when I received the item it was not as described on line. I really have more ways to spend my time not to mention cost of gas driving 10 miles to a Macy’s store.
I have been a loyal Macy customer for years, but never have I had an order so mishandled and customer service only reads the screen to me with updates that I already read before contacting them. I ordered this item on sept 4th, promised delivery sept 10th with extra shipping costs for 3 day ups premium shipping. , order has now been updated to deliver sept 14th, and has been traveling all day in the wrong direction from phoenix Arizona to Ontario California, while I live in Virginia on the opposite coast. I was notified by macys my order had shipped on sept 6th, but carrier denies taking possession til sept 9th. WHO DO YOU BELIEVE, Poor customer service, one less customer
