I love the style and colors in this bag. It is quite large (16 inches is bigger than I thought!) but if it had a shoulder strap that would be less of an issue. Oddly, there are hooks on the bag that seem to be for a strap. I don’t know if I’ll keep or return it.
Great looking bag but the kiss lock does not stay closed. How do I return it for a bag that closes
