These glasses are absolutely stunning, the blue is vibrant and makes them pop. I ordered two and loved them so much that I plan to order more.

I ordered 4 glasses which are packaged by Kate Spade with 2 in a box. Although I loved the glasses 2 out 4 arrived broken. Macys is giving me a credit but I would cautious about ordering them again

Ordered 3 times for a wedding gift and several of them arrived broken!! Poor packaging without any bubble wrap or protection.

Not sure of the quality of the item...but the service from MACY's is a 1. The first set of glasses I bought came broken. The second set of glasses you sent me came broken again. I asked for a refund and a new set of glasses and that was not accepted. No refund only a THIRD set of glasses to be sent. You are sending me another set of glasses, but I'm sure they will be broken again! The packaging is terrible. There's no cushioning to support them. customer service people are great. The policy is not!

Ordered 12/6. Scheduled for 12/16 delivery. 12/19 not here. Customer service was no help. “You will get it ASAP”. Seriously?

The glasses were larger than expected. There was a flaw in the glass that is very very noticeable. They are really lovely. But the flaw really is not acceptable. So will use as everyday glasses. They were to a gift. Will not be buying anymore of this dinner or drink ware. Will stick with Lenox from here out.
