Eufy S330 Wi-Fi 3-in-1 Fingerprint Video Smart Lock

Love it. Easy to assemble. Just follow the steps and it’s done.

This is a very clever device. I already have Eufy cameras in place and simply added this device on. I love that I can use a fingerprint or code or app to unlock and lock the door. Really handy for teenagers who are constantly misplacing their keys. The loitering voice is a bit disconcerting at first but has provided lots of laughs.

We upgraded our front door and I really wanted a smart Lock This is an excellent lock Fingerprint works really well I can see who is coming and going. Option to open door remotely is fantastic

Has been amazing for us over the last almost 2 years. With some occasional glitches, but generally great. It would be great if the battery lasted longer, we need to recharge every 6 weeks or so.

I love everything about this smart door lock except for the battery life. Easy to install and set up. Fingerprint recognition works very well. Love the picture quality of the camera. All the features work as expected. The only annoyance is that you need to recharge the battery often, like every 4 weeks. It’s fine but would be far better if the life of the battery was longer.

Really happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase again. It integrates perfectly with the security app and existing cameras. Installation was simple. I did have an issue where the dead bolt kept catching and faulting as it was hard to turn, I think the dead bolt tract in the door is slightly angled. Some trial and error I ended up removing the supporting ring that was meant for the bigger bore and it worked perfectly after that. I do have the s380 homebase and wish I could store recordings to it instead of needing to add an SD to the chime.

Better than what I expected really do recommend this product

This is my second S 330 purchase because the first one has been awesome and now improved with the latest software updates.
