[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sunham brand comforter set is a washable but lightweight comforter. I’m fine with a lightweight comforter because I sleep under a sheet which is easier to wash than a comforter. It also comes with two pillow shams. At first I thought it was too much burgundy, and I expected it to be more of a cardinal red, but I grew to like the color. In addition, it is a beautiful patterned red on the reverse side, so it could essentially be used year-round not just for the month of December. It is machine washable if you follow the instructions on the tag.

I think its a very beautiful item for around Christmas time, plus it's reversible with a beautiful red backing. The only issue i have with this comforter, is I live in New England. Winters can be very cold. This comforter would have to be used as a cover and not a comforter, it's just not thick enough for cold winter nights.

It fits to my queen size bed no shrinkage and the stitching is excellent. I can't wait for the holidays to use this comforter and decorate my room. I showed a picture where you can get a side view and exact fit. It would make a great edition during the holidays.
