Celtic & Co. Women's Silk Blend Boat Neck Sweater

I DID NOT receive this item! I received a size 12 navy blue dress. This was a third party purchase so returning it is a problem as I need to contact the third party and address this issue before the item can be returned. Impossible! Now I am not only inconvenienced with not having the sweater I ordered but may be stuck with a dress I’ll never wear! Getting help at Macy’s was great but they can only do so much as, like I stated, this was a third party purchase! They informed me that the third party will be contacting me in 3-5 business days. We’ll see.
