I've used this pan for a lot of cooking and my husband has too, he is even looking into buying a set. It seems like nothing sticks to this pan when cooking and it is super easy to clean. I made stuffing to go with red stag steaks (that I harvested myself!). This pan is worth every cent - nothing has burned and it cooked everything evenly.
