Ettika heart pendant adjustable cord necklace
Rec’d necklace with BOTH ends of cord loose. Suppose to be adjustable per description & image. How am I suppose to wear it? Tie a knot? Person setting up necklace in packaging should have noticed loose ends…so obvious!! Makes me not want to order anything else from Ettika! RETURNING ASAP!!
