Crock Pot Cook and Carry Programmable Slow Cooker with Locking Lid

Crock Pot came in damaged. The bottom of interior missing a bolt on metal part after you take ceramic bowl out look at bottom of inside. There are supposed to be 2 bolts missing bolt and bent.

I bought this in February 2026, and by mid-April 2026 (with 3-4 uses total) it was dead. It worked great for those first few uses, but now won’t continue heating past a couple of minutes. I wasted a whole roast the day it failed, and tried resetting it today for one last try. It warmed up, and then quit. Glad I was home to move it to the oven, but disappointed that I had to at all! I unfortunately can’t find my receipt for proof of purchase date, but will be looking at other brands/pressure cooker options for a replacement. Really disappointed, I liked this model a lot.

Works great. Wish it had a clock timer so I know how many hours were left.

Gets way too hot. Boiling even when set to low and scorch marks on the sides because it’s too hot.

This crockpot is my new favorite kitchen helper. Being 6 quarts , it is roomy enough to make a meal for my family of six. The programmable feature is wonderful for setting it to be done when I get home from work. It has a locking lid and thermal carrying case for traveling without worrying about spills in the car . The case also keeps the temperature steady while not plugged in. It’s easy to clean and looks nice too! I highly recommend this product.

I bought this a couple of months ago so I'd have a nice looking Crock-Pot for Thanksgiving. I do enjoy the pre-programmed 4 or 6 hour High, and the 8 or 10 hour Low settings. After the programmed time, it stays on Warm until you turn it off. The Warm setting is very hot. I liked the lid too but literally the first time I washed it, the locking pin came out and will not stay in. I need a replacement. Not sure if this is covered by the 1 year warranty but I'm hoping it is since it's a manufacturing defect. It is a good size for my family of 8 with 6 growing kids. The controls are easy to use.

I opened my box to use it for the first time and the cover was crack right by the handle. It was perfectly wrapped and new in box so I don't understand how this could happen. Besides that the color and quality seems good, I just need a new lid and don't think I should have to pay for it. Especially since this is my first time using it as a housewarming gift.

Horrible. Do not buy! It overcooks and boils liquid even on warm! Every temp setting is awful.

I used it twice. The second time I used it, I was transporting it and it was sitting flat in the floorboard of my car I looked down and the handle on the lid was gone. Never found it, it was there that morning. The other issue I had with the keypad. I would set it to high to reheat my pre-cooked chili and it would cook for a short time and shut down. I tried setting the cook timer to 6 and 8 hours, it still shut down. My chili was still cold. Very disappointed because I have used Crockpots for 40 years and never had issues. Always a reliable product.

I purchased this crock pot about a year ago. It worked good in the beginning, then the high, low and warm controls ALL started to boil the food- even the warm setting! When I contacted the company they said I didn’t have the receipt so there was nothing they would do.
