Clinique Daily Calm Makeup Balm Foundation, 1 oz.

I purchased clinique because it advertises as being non allergenic - not for me.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace my then current foundation. I absolutely love this foundation balm. It calms my skin and evens out any redness. It goes on so smooth and isn’t caked at all. It has buildable coverage as well. It doesn’t settle into my fine lines and stays put all day. I will never buy another type of foundation as this is the Holy Grail of foundation.

I haven't worn makeup since college because I have very sensitive skin. But now I have age spots. A young Latina woman in the cosmetic section at Macy's helped me find the right colors. My face looked clear with no spots and I wore it most of the day without even feeling I had face makeup. It stayed on well even with tears during family wedding. Photos did not show my age spots and no irritation. The mascara was also wonderful and stayed on without any smearing or itching. I had forgotten how Clinique was great for sensitive skin and older skin. Thank you young lady.

Texture is great and coverage good. I could use a bit More coverage . The hydration is excellent which was a pleasant surprise

Like the feel of this product. Its coverage seems to be buildable. I wanted some that with light coverage as I do not like a traditional foundation. This seems to fit the bill although I have not had much chance to use it yet.

Love this! It's fast & easy to apply. Isn't sticky at all. Can be used as concealer too. Can see my freckles while evening out my skin beautifully & leaves the healthiest glow (not greasy or gross) while lasting all day (12 hours)!

This foundation is light,, feels refreshing and looks natural.

I have tried for 30 minutes to open the Daily Calm lip + check color without success. I called customer support and was told to turn the top counter clockwise. It will not budge! A flip top would have made this product much easier to open. I have been using Clinique products since the early 80s and have been pleased with every product except this one. Please consider changing the packaging to a flip top.

I bought this a few days ago and I absolutely love it.

Hydration is awesome as I live in a dry climate. It feels soft like a moisturizer going on, not greasy. It doesn’t look like I’m wearing foundation, very natural look. I’m 70 years old and have tried many, many foundations. This is the one!
