Exactly what I needed. Most of these have 5lb increments and I needed a more options. So the extra 3 lb weight is perfect. Weights are stable and don’t rattle. It is extremely fast and easy to change weights. These are expensive, but much less than all the individual hands weights would be. Also, for a 50 lb box to be delivered free is pretty impressive.
These dumb bells are excellent for home workouts. The weight range is good for beginners to intermediates. Great value for the money.
I just unpacked the dumbbellsx so I can't speak to their long term durability, look pretty sturdy and well engineered. The only significant difference between these dumbbells and Bowflex select tech dumbbells is with these dumbbells you adjust the weight by turning the handle. With the Bowflex dumbbells, It will be much faster and easier to change the weight with these dumb compared to the Bowflex because all you have to do is turn the grip handle in the middle, which adjusts the weight on both ends of the dumbbell.
They're very cool and versatile so far seem durable. But they are LARGE so make sure you have somewhere for them
These weights are great for home gym use. and good quality!
