Assembly was very easy with instructions provided. Has held up great with lots of use. Springs hold a lot of weight I'm glad I went with the handle, it's nice for added stability and varying exercises. Wide sturdy handle.

I'm actually late putting this together, and put it together 2 weeks ago. It was so much easier than I thought it would be. nothing complex. 2 of us have been using it and it's very sturdy, doesn't take up much room. And it's a good workout.
