The bag is not slouchy at all, much smaller than by I expect and shipping took forever! Quality seems flimsy, not worth the high price tag. It will go back.

Never Shipped
Seller never shipped the bag even after reaching out to their customer service. Customer service was responsive and had promised to ship it out after I reached out, but never followed through. Thankfully Macy’s was able to refund the bag that never was.

Not what the picture no picture
Okay I was looking for a nice black bag to have. This SOSO Hobo bag is not like the picture the 4 gold stud are not there under the bag so the bag can stand up. Okay did not know that I had to dress up my HOBO Bag LOL false advertising I understand there are times one would like to dress up the bag all good, the is a picture of the HOBO bag with out the gold stripe . Sooo I will RETURN this bag bye bye Return to sender

THE BAG DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE AD AT ALL!
I am regretful about buying this bag. I did not have all the packing materials to return it. It is smaller and not slouchy at all. I won't buy SUSU again! Check before you buy this brand!
