I still haven’t received the bag it’s been sitting at label created for a week now, it took a week after ordering the bag for it to even move to that. I tried emailing the brand to see when it would be moving but haven’t heard anything from them as of yet. Macys really needs to update their estimated delivery dates because this is way past that.

I ordered their bag through Macy's. The bag was a great quality leather, but unfortunately I had to return it; the size was not right for me. The seller, Susu, received the returned bag via UPS on 9/3/26, and today is 9/21, and I still have not received my refund. Also, I haven't been able to talk to anyone on the phone, and they -Susu aren't calling back.
This is a beautiful color greige handbag. It is mostly as expected- maybe questionable on the leather. It is extremely lightweight and does not seem like it’ll be durable (but too soon to say for sure of course), hence the reason for 4 stars. I love the removable and adjustable strap for crossbody wear. It has quality stitching and gives a chic look. I’m excited to use it! Fingers crossed it holds up to everyday use!

Beautiful bag, great quality materials but unfortunately a design flaw that made me return it. The shorter strap is fixed, so if you use it as a crossbody it stay standing up.
I absolutely love this purse! The genuine leather is so soft and beautiful, and the adjustable handle makes it very comfortable to carry. It’s lightweight, too, which I love! It has a classy, simple look that I love. It’s a little on the larger side, but it’s exactly the size I was looking for. Such a beautiful, quality bag! SUSU makes great quality items.
I bought this purse as a gift for my mom (along with two other bags) and to my welcome surprise, I received all three in 3 days! I didn't even choose expedited shipping. I bought this purse because I love the feel of the pebbled leather and I know my mom will love it too. She loves a roomy purse so she can put her mini ipad and all of her mom supplies inside. The purse came in a dust bag and well packaged so as to not interfere with the shape integrity of the other two purses in the box. I also love the longer strap so that it can change to a longer shoulder bag (when I borrow it from her). It is a truly stylish purse and made well, with the stitching and the little details in the lining inside the purse. My mom is going to love it and me too when I borrow it from her!
Love it ! Beautiful soft leather, many compartments, so well made. I brought this to use for everyday wear, but honestly it got that really classy look that would look awesome for evening out. Very impressive bag !
Order has not been received and only updates are delayed. Last note was from July 1, 2026 that the label had been created. Incredibly disappointed.
