NYDJ Petite Sheri Slim Ankle Jeans with Rolled Cuffs and Lift Tuck Technology

I've purchased NYDJ several times, and have never had an issue with the quality. This recent purchase, has a very different outcome. One of the legs is a bit crooked which makes the hemmed edge of that leg uneven. I decided to return these and replace. To my surprise, I read, in very fine print, that NYDJ are not returnable to Macys, and can only be returned, via mail, to NYDJ. At my age, I don't box things up and take to the post office. Why, Macys, is this info not prominently displayed on the order page in bold letters? Disappointed in Macys.
