I love these, but they missed the mark on the arches. I will have to purchase inserts. This is unusual because this brand's arches are usually fantastic.

Typically wear an 8W US in loafers, heels, and slide in sneakers. Ordered per measured foot info and when they arrived they were too small. Spoke to someone and exchanged for next size up. Unfortunately, the width is fine but the heel slides. I should have not worn them out so I could return but too late. Even the wide width is not really wide compared to others.
