[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing, and show instant results, but the gel patches are absolutely horrible. They are difficult to remove from the plastic and keep sticking together. Once that happens, they are impossible to pry apart.

They refuse to stick to the device and instead they stick to everything else. I will continue to use this device, but I really hope they fix the major issue with the gel patches.

You have to peel off both sides and then stick one side to the device and the other to your skin. They are supposed to be reusable but I can’t see how since they stick to themselves. Disappointed! I like other Mario products but this one didn’t do it.

The sticky pads come off on your face and don’t stay on the pads and you have to re-up on pads just to use it so if you run out, you can’t use it. This is not my favorite product because it’s not as convenient as I would’ve liked.

The ems. . . is too powerful for your eyes if turned to the next step or level. Could I get a refund? Please improve product. Thank you.
