Its my replacement to my first a50's would like to note the og pair still work but they're old and it was time for an upgrade I am most excited to be honest about the new mic design it feels very sturdy and I love the metal covering over it it really feels like an upgrade from my last pair, ill continue to be a loyal customer for the reliable quality every time

I've never had some many interference problems with a wireless headset but when it's not crackling it's great
The product is nice. I wish there was a mute button rather than having to raise the mic arm vertically to mute. I also wish that the input switch to a longer button press. Sometimes I accidentally hit it when trying to turn the volume slider up.
I’ve been having constant issues since day one and have reached out to support multiple times. Each time, they’ve insisted that I try other things that they’ve recommended in previous tickets. It’s a faulty product, and I just want a refund so I can buy something cheaper and more reliable.
I’ve tried many headsets, nothing has come close to the Astro A50s. I started with Gen 2 those were phenomenal and I tried a bunch of others since then and then came back to this… there’s nothing like the spatial audio from astros. My only complaints are that Bluetooth for mobile devices is tied to the base station, and you have to reconnect your mobile device every time you turn the headset on.
Amazing headset. Clear audio and microphone. The range is great. I also realized there are sounds that I did not hear before in my games. I ha dbeen hesitant to spend the money but they are total worth it.
Love the headset. No issues like I was having with my old Arctis elites. I did change out the stock ear pads to ones from Wicked. Sound is great. Getting the headset on charger can be a bit fiddly but overall super happy with them.
