I should have read the reviews. Bag doesn’t match the picture! It seems like they are purposely misleading customers!

Absolutely ridiculous! I did not receive what I ordered! So annoyed! My daughter was so excited about this backpack and it was NOT AL ALL what was advertised!! Will absolutely be returning!!

The product that is in the picture is not what I ordered. By the time it came I didn't have time to send it back, school was about to start.

This was advertised as having sequins. It did not have sequins nor was it red and blue; it was pink. It was nice except it wasn’t what my granddaughter wanted as far as color.

I’m giving 1 star because practically every customer reported the same issue… shipping the wrong product and it still has not been addressed. Unfortunately for me I did not check/read the reviews prior to ordering,

I was sent the wrong item. It's not as described in the picture the quality looks cheap so I returned it

I ordered back pack set at great price! Received wrong order. Messaged Macys and employee apologized. I decided to keep it to donate and reordered at a higher price. That was a mistake. Macys sent the wrong order again!!! I will now return. Hope the refund works out better than the purchase did.

Very disappointing. The bag I received is not the one pictured and advertised. This is very bad. My child picked it out and was so excited about her new back pack to start school. I feel defeated for her.
