Classy dress, very flattering

Petite Notch Collar
The dress is gorgeous and made very well. I'm 5'1 and 112 pounds. I ordered the 2 and honestly the bust is a little too tight. I'm a 34C. I would suggest sizing up. I'm returning for the 4
