I have received quite a few of Michael Kors purses I love them the only complaint I have is the unravels. And you have to buy a new strap and they can be very expensive that is very sad you pay a lot for the purse and then you use it and the strap go bad you have to spend more money. And I can't even find one that I need so I can no longer use the purse because it does not look anymore. They should have it that you don't have to pay so much or pay it off for a new strap due to it has to be a manufacturing problem due to it happens to all of them.
