[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using the new S2 for a few weeks and now the flashing toothbrush symbol is lighting up. What's with that? Also, the button to turn the brush on or off is stuck so hard I can barely turn it on. What's with that? Overall, I am not happy with your products.

S2 brush head TOO SMALL
The brush head on this new "S2" version is WAY TOO SMALL. S2 is ~25% smaller than the original S! Please bring back the original "S" for sensitive teeth.

Nope
I usually get what I assume are regular brush heads, but saw these and thought maybe they were worth a go with my sensitive teeth. I just tried it for the first time and definitely don't like these. The brush won't go any stronger than the lowest setting and my teeth are not clean. It's too bad I got a four pack, I'm not dealing with this for a year, so now I get to buy a new pack of a different kind and never use these, great use of money.

Brilliant Brush Head.
I am very impressed with this brush head. It is very gentle on the teeth and gums, providing an enjoyable brushing experience. It also cleans exceptionally well. Well done Philips! Please do not change it!

scratchy gums
Disappointed, bristles not as gentle as expected and the design means the angled tip feels sharp on the gums when used. I thought it might be just the first one in the pack that was a bit defective, but the second was the same. So I won't re-order but will stick to my previous medium bristled brushheads which don't scratch the gums.

Kind on sensitive gums
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft bristles, was kind to my sensitive gums yet because the tooothbrush is so fab the brush heads still give a thorough clean. I do tend to brush my teeth and gums too hard so these brush heads have been very helpful in ensuring I don't damage myself, I'm very pleased with the 'extra soft' clean.
