Bought this pillow because I have a lot of neck and shoulder tension. I am trying to make the transition for being a side sleeper to a back sleeper. This pillow helps take the pressure off of my neck and shoulders and has helped me more consistently be able to comfortably sleep on my back. It is a great size for travel. It is very firm so keep that in mind if you want a soft pillow.
