I went to pick up the dresses. Googled Macy’s closed time. It said 9:00pm. on. Wednesday. Arrived at the Polaris location at 8:12pm…CLOSED. I had a trip the next day and could not pick up the dresses for the upcoming weekend. Left the receipt on the counter at home and my daughters picked them up. When I arrived home from my trip, I unbagged them to find the monitors on them. They never buzzed going thru the door! UNACCEPTABLE
